I’ve made this rice three times already and the coconut flavor comes through perfectly every time — the sauce smells amazing while it cooks. It’s honestly the easiest way to get that authentic taste without a dozen ingredients.

The coconut flavor really comes through without being overpowering, and the sauce makes the rice creamy without any extra work. I’ve used it three times now and each batch turns out perfectly fluffy, which is exactly what I needed for weeknight dinners.

The pouch-to-rice ratio is spot on — one packet to a cup of rice gave me perfectly fluffy, fragrant grains without any guesswork. I’ve made this three times already and it’s become my go-to weeknight side dish.
