Peruvian Pollo A La Brasa Seasoning Sauce

The sauce has that smoky, charred flavor that actually tastes like it came off a rotisserie, not a bottle. I used it as a marinade and then brushed a little extra on during grilling, and the chicken came out juicy with a nice crust. My only regret is not buying two jars.

Tossed some of this on chicken thighs before roasting and the whole kitchen smelled incredible. It's versatile enough that I've also used it as a marinade for veggies, and the flavor really carried through without being overpowering. Definitely a staple in my rotation now.
