Salsa per Pollo alla Brasa Peruviano

The sauce has that smoky, charred flavor that actually tastes like it came off a rotisserie, not a bottle. I used it as a marinade and then brushed a little extra on during grilling, and the chicken came out juicy with a nice crust. My only regret is not buying two jars.
