Mexicansk Pollo Asado Kryddersauce

Dumped half the bottle over chicken thighs and let it sit for an hour, came out juicy and smoky-sweet with just the right kick. The sauce clings nicely to the meat too, doesn’t just run off during cooking. Definitely my new go-to for weeknight taco nights.

I’ve been using this as a marinade for grilled chicken thighs and the bold flavor really comes through without needing extra salt or spices. The sauce coats the meat nicely and my whole kitchen smelled amazing while it cooked.

The paste spreads easily and clings to the meat, so my thighs got a deep, even coat without any watery runoff. The bold flavor really punched through after just an hour of marinating, which surprised me for a sauce this versatile.
